In 2025, Donna joined United Federal Credit Union, where she continues to prioritize exceptional customer service. She believes that taking care of people is the most important part of her role, and she goes above and beyond to ensure her clients feel supported—not just during the mortgage process, but long after closing.

An active Ambassador with the Springdale Chamber of Commerce, Donna is deeply involved in her community. She and her family have called Northwest Arkansas home since 2004, and she loves spending time with her husband, three children, and two grandchildren.
